Heidi Garis

As a former psychotherapist turned energy psychology therapist, intuitive energy healer, and trauma specialist, Heidi combines all of her magic to help high achievers and spiritually-oriented leaders not only create their next level of success but more importantly, discover and live into their highest self so they can experience true happiness, deep fulfillment, and authentic abundance.

To do this she guides her clients along their healing journey, empowering them to live into and embody their True I AM so they’re free to be the leaders they have been called to be, live their soul’s purpose, and create joyful prosperity along the way.

Heidi holds a masters degree in clinical social work, is an advanced certified EFT practitioner, certified transformational breath work facilitator and holds multiple certifications in coaching, body work and energy healing. She is an Akashic Records Master Consultant and teacher and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in metaphysical counseling psychology.

You can often find her in the middle of a lake on her paddle board, balancing rocks in her zen garden or curled up at home with one hand on her sweet rescue pup from China and the other posing as a perch for her grumpy adolescent parrot, Gertrude.
